IDM completed a land assembly of 6 sites in High Wycombe totalling 0.8 hectares, one with a large locally listed, dilapidated factory building, in 2016.

Working with the design team and the local authority IDM have produced a scheme to produce 230 apartments as well as a commercial element to the development while protecting and restoring the listed building.
