Highbury Quadrant

Highbury Quadrant is a development of 39 contemporary apartments comprising 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. This addition to the IDM portfolio was designed in collaboration with London’s award-winning practice, Matthew Lloyd Architects – with a vision to complement and respect its historical environment. The development will also include a new Church and worship space along with a Church hall and community spaces as well as a new memorial garden and community garden, public realm improvements, disabled parking and cycle storage.

The scheme will transform Highbury Quadrant Church and its immediate surroundings with sustainably designed and energy-efficient homes that reflect the site’s original aesthetic. The architectural features grant maximum light and space to the development and are paired with modern, bright interiors that offer our signature functional and contemporary living spaces.
