415 Wick Lane

IDM purchased a 50% stake in Locksbridge Ltd which owned the site at 415 Wick Lane in June 2013.

The site which extends to 0.5 Hectares sits within the London Legacy Development Corporation area, which was formed after the 2012 Olympic Games.

IDM worked with our partners and design team to produce a scheme for the site to produce circa 225 residential units and 35,000 sq ft of commercial space.

The Partnership subsequently decided to trade the site onto to Taylor Wimpey.
