Deal Structure
• Preference to purchase unconditionally or on a subject to planning basis.
• Can enter into flexible structures with landowners and business owners to suit particular deal requirements.
• Regularly undertake Joint Ventures with landowners, business owners and construction firms.

• Agent fees paid where successful introductions occur introducing agents retained as selling agents.
